Shipping Policy

I am currently using a third party print on demand service, Gelato. 

They ensure a sustainable, local production. Shipping distances and carbon emissions are reduced, and because you order is on demand, overproduction is eliminated.

Shipping & Handling prices are determined by fair market value. 

Shipping is Worldwide and shipped at a the flat rate. 

Please allow up to 10 business days for product to be printed and shipped to you. Once shipped a tracking number will be provided so that you know when to expect your item(s). 

Please note that apparel and art prints are shipped and sent separably. 

Return & Exchange Policy

All Sales are final. 

 

There is a zero Return Policy unless the product received was damaged 

If you’re not satisfied with the quality of the products due to damages in shipping or a printing error, please contact me at heather@jinxremover737.com or use the contact form on this site within 7 days after receipt and I will do everything we can to investigate and find a solution.
